Trusted Across
Multiple Locations.
Repainted to
the Brand.
Valley Paint was brought in by Dynamic Trades to repaint the Curaleaf headquarters in North Scottsdale — a full interior and exterior scope covering the building's EIFS façade, interior office and retail spaces, exposed ceilings, hollow metal doors, and wood trim throughout.
The standout element of the Scottsdale project was the exterior treatment: a desert mountain sunset mural wrapping the building's window line, finished with the Curaleaf logo prominently placed for brand visibility from the street. The result is a building that reads as intentional — not just repainted.
The relationship with Curaleaf extended beyond the HQ. Valley Paint also completed the exterior repainting of Curaleaf's retail location near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport — refreshing the building's façade with Sherwin-Williams WeatherGuard in Amazing Gray, with Snowbound ceilings and door frames throughout.
Full Building.
Inside and Out.
At the Scottsdale HQ, the exterior scope covered the existing EIFS surfaces, soffits, ceilings, bollards, and all hollow metal doors and frames — refreshed with a cohesive color system anchored by the desert mountain mural. Interior work covered new and existing gypsum walls and ceilings, exposed deck, wood baseboards, and the installation and painting of 11 new interior hollow metal doors and 3 solid core wood doors.
At the Phoenix Airport location, the exterior was repainted with Sherwin-Williams WeatherGuard Ultra in Amazing Gray — a premium coating built for Arizona's climate. Ceilings and door frames were finished in Snowbound using ProMar 200 Flat and Gallery Series Waterborne Topcoat, creating a clean, brand-consistent result across the entire building envelope.
Both projects were coordinated to minimize disruption to Curaleaf's daily operations. Phased scheduling kept the sites running throughout the work.
Brand-Ready.
On Schedule.
Across Two
Properties.
Both locations were handed over on schedule with finishes that hold up under the scrutiny of a retail brand operating in high-traffic environments. The Scottsdale HQ delivers a consistent brand environment from the exterior mural down to the interior door frames. The Airport location presents a clean, weather-resistant façade that aligns with Curaleaf's visual identity across their Arizona portfolio.
The successful completion of both projects reinforced Valley Paint's ongoing relationship with Dynamic Trades and established Valley Paint as Curaleaf's trusted painting contractor across the Phoenix metro.
"Valley Paint delivered a high-quality finish across both locations — on schedule and exactly to spec. The mural work at the HQ set the building apart."
