Overview
The Rancho de los Caballeros Employee Housing project in Wickenburg, Arizona, was a significant undertaking awarded to us by Four Peaks Builders. Project Details
The project spanned several months and presented various challenges and change orders, all of which we addressed with open communication and diligent work. The project scope was comprised of four newly built employee housing units at Rancho de los Caballeros in Wickenburg, AZ.
The Journey
Exterior Painting
For the external surfaces, we utilized PPG Speedhide Flat for the walls, providing a smooth and durable finish against the desert climate. The wood doors and door frames received a coat of PPG Speedhide Semi-Gloss, bringing out the welcoming brown tones that complimented the light cream walls perfectly. These choices not only ensured longevity but also harmonized with the natural surroundings.
Interior Painting
Inside, the focus was on creating cohesive and inviting spaces. We painted the walls and ceilings with care, ensuring a polished look. Special attention was given to wood doors, door frames, window frames, and trim to uphold a uniform aesthetic that resonated with the project’s vision of comfort and functionality.

Throughout the project, we faced challenges including change orders and varying weather conditions.
