The South Mountain Business Park project in Phoenix, AZ presented us with a fantastic opportunity to reinforce our partnership with Arizona Industrial Properties (AIP), one of the state’s leading commercial property owners. This large-scale industrial project called for exterior painting to renew the property's aesthetic appeal while adding lasting coatings.
With our team and professional-grade equipment, we focused on renewing the property while making sure the exterior of the building would have a nice polished finish that would stand the test of time in the Valley of the Sun.

Using a combination of boom lifts and our scissor lifts, we accessed hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently, applying even, flawless coats of paint to all targeted surfaces. Particular attention was paid to the hollow metal doors and roll-up doors to improve functionality and visual appeal.
