A Training Room Built for Impact
Employers Council came to Valley Paint with a clear goal: transform their training room into a space that felt intentional, modern, and aligned with their brand — without overwhelming the room's functional purpose.
The design direction called for a clean, geometric accent stripe that would introduce visual energy to the space while maintaining the professional, focused atmosphere required for presentations and training sessions.
It's the kind of work that defines our corporate office painting approach — every detail in service of the brand.
Precision Layout. Sharp Execution.
The scope focused on a single, high-impact area: the training room accent wall. Valley Paint utilized laser levels and fine-line tape to achieve a crisp, geometric stripe with zero bleed and consistent alignment throughout.
Two wall-mounted displays were carefully removed prior to installation and reinstalled upon completion, ensuring a clean, uninterrupted finish across the entire feature wall.

Working Around Active Infrastructure
The primary challenge was executing a precise, multi-step accent stripe around existing, immovable wall-mounted display units. Rather than compromising the design, Valley Paint coordinated the removal of select units, masked around the remaining hardware, and delivered a result that reads as seamless from any angle in the room.
"Valley Paint executed a crisp, geometric accent stripe with precise layout and sharp lines — the transformation was immediately noticeable."
— Employers Council, Phoenix AZA Space That Elevates Every Presentation
The completed training room features a sharp, modern accent wall that elevates the space without overwhelming it. High-quality coatings ensure long-term durability — resisting scuffs and maintaining crisp lines over time, which is especially critical in high-use commercial environments.
Employers Council noted the smooth process, attention to detail, and the noticeable impact the accent feature brought to the space.
