The design vision for the new Pinal County Federal Credit Union in San Tan Valley focused on creating a clean, modern, and highly professional banking environment. The architecture required a cohesive finish strategy that would feel welcoming to members while maintaining the rigorous durability required for a high-traffic financial facility.
To achieve this, the project demanded a seamless integration of high-performance exterior coatings, consistent interior paint systems, and custom-branded wallcoverings. Executing this multi-layered design intent on a new construction timeline required a single-source commercial painting and wallcovering contractor capable of managing the entire finish scope with precision.

Valley Paint was contracted by LaMacchia Group to execute the complete exterior and interior finish scope for the new facility. On the exterior, our crews applied Sherwin-Williams Duration Satin to the cement composition siding and panels, providing long-lasting protection against the Arizona sun.
Inside, we delivered a clean, durable finish across all gypsum surfaces using ProMar 200 Zero VOC, paired with Pro Industrial Water-Based Alkyd Urethane on all doors and frames for maximum washability. The visual centerpiece of the interior is the bank teller wall, where our specialists installed a custom-designed Type II vinyl wallcovering.

Managing both interior and exterior scopes simultaneously within a fast-paced new construction environment requires rigorous scheduling and exact sequencing. The primary technical challenge was coordinating the substrate preparation, priming, and finish coats alongside the specialized wallcovering installation.
Valley Paint worked in close coordination with LaMacchia Group and other trades to minimize conflicts, ensure proper curing times, and keep the finish schedule strictly aligned with the overall construction timeline.
